a. I love how Huck comes up with the plan to dress like a girl. He is soo smart and cunning. Its crazy how he even comes up with these in sane plans. Jim is pretty funny about it to but he puts complete faith in him and his abilities.
b. its funny how the girl finds out that he isnt really a care much. She kind of plays with him asking him questions about the farm he said to come from.then she makes jokes about how he has to think about being more girly and knitting like he was actually a girl.
e. I love Jims role as father in this. as mentioned before in my previous post he is the best thing for huck to have in this journey. He teaches him alot on the boat.

Michael Annunziata Mr. Thomas English 11 12, 10, 13 A. One thing that I can relate to from this reading is about how Huck has so much hatred for alcohol. I can relate to this because including myself I know so many different teenagers that feel the same way about alcohol as Huck does. Huck actually says at one point that he would rather be in a lot of pain then drink the whiskey. I can relate to this because Huck is actually fighting off the peer pressure well, unlike most people I know who pretty much get forced into trying it although they are underage. D. one part of the reading that I really like was when Huck dressed up as a girl. I liked this part and thought it was funny for many reasons. One reason is because I think that at one point in a persons life you are going to picture that person as their opposite sex. And for Huck to actually do it with a little bumps here and there; but to pull it off just shows how smart of a young man he really is. That is why I liked this part a lot. C. one thing that had me slightly confused about this reading was how Huck is always trying to be on an adventure. For example, when he was searching the steamboat and the robbers were there. Why do you have to put your self in those situations, it just doesn’t make any sense to me.
